Sourcing support, from brief to supplier

The standard service is supplier identification and introduction. Anything beyond that is agreed in a separate written scope before work starts.

Supplier identification
We research manufacturers and suppliers against your product brief, target price, quantity and requirements.
Quotation comparison
We collect and organise quotations so you can compare specifications, MOQs, lead times and terms.
Supplier due diligence
Proportionate checks on company identity, business information and documentation. We always state what was checked.
Negotiation support
Where agreed, we relay your requirements and assist with talks on pricing, quantities, samples and delivery.
Samples and inspections
We help arrange samples and independent third-party inspections against criteria you set.
Order follow-up
We follow agreed milestones and help buyers, suppliers and logistics providers stay in contact.

Starting with electronics and technology

Our first research focus is electronics for European business buyers, beginning with the Netherlands. Supplier research is centred on Guangdong, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Foshan.

Electronics can carry safety, EMC, radio, RoHS, battery and labelling requirements. We help gather supplier documents, but buyers should get technical and legal confirmation before placing products on the EU market.

Our purpose is to connect businesses with relevant manufacturing and supply opportunities, and to help both sides state their expectations clearly so they can trade with more confidence.

We want to grow into a trusted sourcing partner known for thoughtful research, transparent communication and dependable coordination between European buyers and Chinese suppliers.

Minerva is built on direct engagement, market learning and long-term relationships. Our founder, Gino, works in Dutch and English.

Where we stand, plainly

An independent intermediary

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Minerva does not manufacture, certify, own or take title to goods, act as importer of record, or guarantee a supplier’s performance or product compliance. Buyers make their own purchase decisions and contract directly with suppliers.

Fees agreed up front

There is no default commission. Fees are set in writing for each project, showing who pays and how it is calculated. If Minerva could be paid by both buyer and supplier, both sides are told and must consent in writing first.

Careful with the word “verified”

We only call a supplier verified when a specific check has been done, and we record what the check covered and when.

Compliance stays with you

We can gather documents and coordinate checks, but requirements for the EU market must be confirmed by qualified technical and legal advisers.
